I guess I might as well post something up about friendship since this blog was made and meant to, in a way, represent our friendships. I guess lots of things have happened, but it's all in the past and so, moving on, I would just like to dedicate this post to all of you. =)
Starting with Aristotle,
"What is a friend? A single soul in two bodies."
Here are some friendship quotes I hope there's some there that you might like.. =)
"A hug is worth a thousand words. A friend is worth more."
"Your friend is the man who knows all about you, and still likes you."
- Elbert Hubard
"I get by with a little help from my friends."
- John Lennon
"Friendship is unnecessary, like philosophy, like art... It has no survival value; rather is one of those things that give value to survival."
- C. S. Lewis
"Make new friends but keep the old, some are silver and others are Gold"
"Sometimes you pick your friends, sometimes they pick you."
"I can trust my friends. These people force me to examine, encourage me to grow."
-Cher
"Treat people as if they were what they ought to be and you help them to become what they are capable of being."
-Goethe
"Give others freedom to be themselves. Appreciate the differences between their ways an yours."
"Friendship is what gets you through the bad times and helps you enjoy the good times"
"Friends are like pillars on your porch. Sometimes they hold you up and sometimes they lean on you."
"You cannot say you've lost a friend. If a friendship is capable of ending, it is because it never existed."
"Remember that every good friend was once a stranger"
"Friendships are fragile things, and require as much handling as any other fragile and precious things."

-Barbara DeAngelis
"True friends are never apart, maybe in distance, but not in heart" "No love, no friendship, can cross the path of our destiny without leaving some mark on it forever."
- Francois Mocuriac -
Something I dug up from previous posts.
So what does Nakama mean?- Directly translated to English, it means Comrade
- When said in japanese, Nakama has a stronger meaning to it
- Nakama is basically like having a friend who's like family but not blood related
- For many people, the word Nakama isn't so much a word, it's more of a concept or a way of expressing deep feelings for someone.
- For example.. If someone were to say "Panda, you are our Nakama!!" it would be like saying "Panda, you are one of us!!"
Enjoy! Have fun in uni guys
